Job Description:

Are you passionate about education andproviding exceptional service to students? SysCare IT Solutions is seeking adedicated Course Coordinator (Sales & Support) to join our team. Inthis role, you will be responsible for enrolling students in our professionalprograms, handling enquiries, collecting payments, maintaining student records,resolving student matters, and achieving monthly registration targets. If youhave strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and acommitment to student success, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Enroll students for professional training programs.
• Handle enquiries from prospective and current students via phone, email, and in person.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage and update student records in our system.
• Resolve student-related issues and provide timely support.
• Follow up on leads and enquiries to achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you shouldpossess:

• A certificate or diploma in IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, admissions, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in student services or enrollment management is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
